  Founded in 1964 when Walter Winget returned to Peoria where he grew up and following two summer clerkships with Shearman & Sterling & Wright in New York City and three years of practice with Edwards & Angell in Providence, Rhode Island, the firm was joined by James F. Kane in 1976. We represent businesses, business people, physicians, other lawyers, judges, and individuals in complex litigation, family, business, real estate and labor and employment matters.
